You can attach 14-16 mm amigurumi eyes on top or crochet a black Sh with 6x.

Finally, crochet two pieces with pink yarn, starting with a Sh of 6x and following up with a round of 6v. Sew the small pieces inside the ears and the larger pieces on the bottom of the feet. Embroider the paws with pink yarn.
