Crochet a few sl st, cut the yarn, leaving 10-15 cm. Sew the ears between the 17th and 18th rows. Attach them to the head on the side where you finished crocheting and where the yarn end remained. Sew with semi-cotton or cotton crochet thread of a similar color. Then hide the end of the plush yarn inside the part (using a hook or needle with a large eye).
Front legs (2 pieces):
Row 1. 2 ch, 7 sc in the second ch (7)
Rows 2-8 (7 rows) 7 sc (7)
Fold the part in half, crochet 3 sc (closing the hole). Do not stuff!
Back legs (2 pieces):
Row 1. 2 ch, 6 sc in the second ch (6)
Row 2. 6 inc (12)
Rows 3-7 (5 rows) 12 sc (12)
Body:
Row 8. Do not cut the yarn on the second piece, crochet a chain of 3 ch, then 12 sc on the first leg, 3 sc on the chain, 12 sc on the second leg, 3 sc on the other side of the chain. You get 30 sc (30)
Rows 9-12 (4 rows) 30 sc (30)
Row 13. (4 sc, dec) x 5 (25)
Row 14. 25 sc (25)
Row 15. (3 sc, dec) x 5 (20)
Rows 16-17 (2 rows) 20 sc (20)
Row 18. (8 sc, dec) x 2 (18)
Row 19. 18 sc. In this row, crochet in the front legs, attach them in the places where they will be attached, and crochet together with the leg. (18)

Crochet a few sl st, cut the yarn, hide it inside the part. Sew the head and body together. Our elephant is ready!
