This free pattern by Svetlana Mansurova allows you to crochet the Deer Afanasy. Suitable for any acrylic or cotton yarn, all parts are worked in spirals, with the belly done in rows. Eyes are crocheted, with plastic pupils. The limbs are made identically. Embroider facial features (nostrils and mouth) and decorate as desired, such as with a crocheted scarf or buttons.
