Fasten off, cut the yarn. Stuff the piece.

Cowl (Snood)
Chain 5, from the 2nd chain from the hook, crochet 4 sc; ch 1, turn, 4 sc in the back loop, and so on until you reach the appropriate length for your bear.
Finishing the Toy
Sew the face onto rows 7 to 11 of the head.
Make indentations for the eyes between rows 7 and 8 of the head.
Glue on the eyes, spacing them 3 sc apart (I used half-beads 6 mm).
Glue on the nose (6×8 mm).
Embroider the whites of the eyes with white thread.
Embroider the eyebrows and mouth with black thread.
Sew the ears onto rows 3 to 6 of the head.
Sew the head to the body.
Put on the cowl.
