If you are making the dress:
Change the yarn color to the dress color at the 15th row, working in the back loops only.
Continue crocheting the body in the dress color (in my case, pink).

10. (6 sc + inc)*6 = 48 sc
    11-16. 48 sc (six rows)
11. (6 sc + dec)*6 = 42 sc
    18-19. 42 sc (two rows)
12. (5 sc + dec)*6 = 36 sc
    21-22. 36 sc (two rows)
13. (4 sc + dec)*6 = 30 sc
    24-25. 30 sc (two rows)
14. (3 sc + dec)*6 = 24 sc
15. 24 sc
    Cut the yarn, leaving a short tail to hide.

Amigurumi Teddy Bear Arm (2 pieces)
If making a bear in a dress, change color on the sleeve in the 6th row.

1. 6 sc in MR
2. 6 inc = 12 sc
   3-14. 12 sc (twelve rows)
   Sew the edges of the piece together with sc.
   Leave a yarn tail for sewing.

Skirt
1st row: (crochet in the front loops of the 15th row): (1 sc + inc) to the end of the row
2nd row: all dc, or (for a fuller skirt) (1 dc + inc from dc) to the end of the row

Bow
In MR, chain 2, 1 sc,
1 half double crochet,
1 double crochet,
1 treble crochet,
1 double crochet,
1 half double crochet,
2 sc,
1 half double crochet,
1 double crochet,
1 treble crochet,
1 double crochet,
1 half double crochet,
1 sc, chain.
Wrap the yarn around, pulling the hole tight. Sew the bow onto the toy.

Sew the ears between the 7th and 13th rows of the head.
Sew the muzzle between the 20th and 27th rows.
