Insert eyes between the 7th and 8th rows, or simply count 3 rows from the bottom.
Crocheting the tentacles
The tentacles will be crocheted into the front loops of the 10th row.
Chain 4, in the second loop from the hook crochet 3 sc, make a sl st into the front loop, then again chain 4, along the chain in the second loop from the hook crochet 3 sc, sl st and so on until the end of the row.
(There should be 18 tentacles)
- For the remaining back loops: (sc, dec) x 6. (12)
- (dec) x 6. (6)
Tighten the hole, hide the thread. Embroider eyelashes, mouth.
Glue the bow, attach the keychain. If there is no attachment, you can crochet a string of air loops of the desired length.
Your crocheted octopus is ready!
