36.rd: *1 sc in each stitch* (24)
37.rd: *3 sc, 1 inc* x 6 (30)
Fold the work on the middle, and crochet the tale together with slip stitches.
Sew on the button eyes.

Fish Scales:

Yarn: Light blue.
Crochet in the front loop from the rounds where you only used the back loop.
Crochet: *1 sc, skip 1 stitch, 4 dc in the same stitch, skip 1 stitch
