Bow
Make a magic ring, then crochet into it: ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, sl st, then again ch 2, 3 dc, ch 2, sl st.

Join the chain, then sew or glue the bow to the headband.

Beak
If you don’t have a ready-made plastic beak, you can crochet one using YarnArt Jeans and a 2 mm hook:

3. (sc, inc) x 6 (18)
